SydneyDebtCollection provides an online platform for Australian businesses to generate and send letters of demand to debtors. The service is available in two tiers: Basic (free) and Managed (commission-based).
SydneyDebtCollection is not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. Letters are generated from lawyer-approved templates and sent on behalf of creditors.
2. Eligibility
This service is available to Australian businesses only. Personal (consumer) debts are not accepted. By using the service, you confirm that:
- The debt is a legitimate B2B (business-to-business) debt
- You are authorised to send the letter of demand
- The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- You have a valid basis for the claim
3. Fees
Basic tier: Free. No commission. You collect payment directly from the debtor.
Managed tier: 10% commission on successfully collected amounts, with a minimum fee of $150. Commission is deducted before funds are transferred to you via Stripe Connect.

5. Prohibited uses
You must not use this service to:
- Send demands for personal (non-business) debts
- Harass, intimidate, or threaten debtors beyond what is legally permitted
- Send false or misleading demands
- Circumvent the ACCC's debt collection guidelines
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SydneyDebtCollection is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the platform, including loss of debt recovery, reputational damage, or legal costs.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
