Chase every unpaid invoice at once
Got 20, 50 or 200 customers who owe you money? Upload one spreadsheet and we send each of them a formal letter of demand. $29 per letter.
Two or more invoices · Sent the moment you pay · $29 per letter
Small unpaid invoices add up fast
Each one feels too small to bother chasing. Put them together and it is real money sitting in someone else's bank account.
of Australian businesses are not paid within 30 days
Getting paid late is normal in Australia. This is not just happening to you. (ASBFEO Payment Times Research)
days to get paid on an average bill
That is the average. Plenty take a lot longer, and those are the ones stuck on your list. (Atradius Payment Practices Barometer AU 2025)
chance a customer goes under within a year
That is once they have missed payments to two other businesses. Leave it too long and there is nothing left to collect. (CreditorWatch Business Risk Index)
Here is the maths. Chasing a $340 invoice properly costs you more in staff time than the invoice is worth. So nobody chases it. Do that 60 times and you have lost tens of thousands of dollars.
Does this sound like your business?
It does not matter what industry you are in. If lots of customers owe you small amounts, this will help.
Medical and allied health
300 patients each owe you $40 to $120 in gap fees. None of them are worth a phone call on their own. Together they are a full-time wage. Your receptionist has better things to do.
Healthcare debt recovery →Training colleges and RTOs
A course finished six months ago. Forty students never paid their last instalment. They have stopped replying to emails from the same address that billed them.
Education debt recovery →Accountants, consultants and agencies
You did the work and invoiced on 14 day terms. The client pays when they feel like it. Chasing them is awkward because you want to keep them as a client.
Professional services recovery →Property managers
Rent arrears across 200 properties, plus landlords who have not paid their management fees. No single amount is big enough to act on, so the list keeps growing.
Real estate debt recovery →Suppliers and wholesalers
Forty trade accounts on 30 day terms and half of them are past 60 days. You keep supplying them because you need the volume, and the balance keeps climbing.
Retail debt recovery →Transport and delivery
Each job is worth a few hundred dollars. Fifty unpaid jobs is serious money. But chasing each one costs more in admin than the job paid you.
Transport debt recovery →You upload one file. We do the rest.

Upload your list
A spreadsheet works. So does an export from Xero or MYOB, or our Excel template. We match the columns for you.
Fix what we flag
We check every letter: the email can get mail, the customer is in NSW, VIC, QLD or the ACT, and the debt is not too old to chase. Fix it or remove it.
Check and pay
Preview any letter before it goes. Pay $29 for each letter by card. Nothing is sent until you pay.
Letters go out
Every customer gets a formal letter of demand by email. They pay you directly. You track each one in your dashboard.
Four ways to deal with a pile of unpaid invoices
| Option | What it costs | Good for | The catch |
|---|---|---|---|
| Chase them yourself | Staff time | A short list, or someone with spare hours | A $340 invoice costs more to chase than it is worth, so it never gets done |
| Bulk Debt Recovery | $29 per letter | Lots of invoices that just need a formal letter | Not built for one big debt, or a debt the customer is disputing |
| Reminder software | Monthly subscription | Stopping the next pile from building up | These customers have already been ignoring reminders for months |
| Debt collection agency | 15% to 25% of what they collect | Old or disputed debts that need chasing for months | The more you are owed, the more it costs you |
Software like CreditorWatch Collect and InDebted sends automatic reminders. That works well for stopping new invoices from going overdue. It does less for a pile that has already built up, because those customers have been ignoring reminders for a while. A legal demand letter is a different thing. It is formal, it uses a lawyer-approved template, and it usually gets a reply. Plenty of businesses use both. If you want to compare properly, read what debt collection really costs in Australia or our comparison against debt collection agencies.
$29 per letter
Each letter costs the same, whether you send 2 or 200.
Each letter is $29, the same as a single letter. No setup fee and no subscription. You only pay for letters that go out. Anything we cannot send is taken off before you pay.
| Unpaid invoices | What you pay |
|---|---|
| 10 invoices | $290 |
| 50 invoices | $1,450 |
| 100 invoices | $2,900 |
Your customers pay you directly. Several invoices owed by the same customer can go in one letter, for one $29.
